Boiled frozen krill meat is a product derived by thermal processing of krill (Antarctic shrimp) followed by carapace removal and freezing.

Boiled frozen krill meat is a biologically valuable product with unique taste and nutritional qualities.

Boiled frozen krill meat is used as a basic component for production of ready-to-use paste, salads, spreads, seafood cocktails and other seafood-based products.Antarctic krill meat is also used for preparing dishes of Mediterranean, Asian and Japanese cuisine: first-course dishes, rolls, burgers, salads and other seafood based products enjoying stable demand in the world market of catering (HoReCa).

Types of products and packaging:

  • Boiled frozen krill meat
    Packaging: briquets wrapped in PE, 11 kg.
    Multiple-unit packaging: 3 briquets of 11 kg (corrugated box).
